قال مستشار رئيس الجمهورية الدكتور عبدالملك المخلافي في تعليق له على بيان وزارة الخارجية السعودية الذي أدان اقتحام قصر المعاشيق في عدن :
* لايبدو أن من يقف وراء اقتحام قصر_المعاشيق يملك اي هدف محدد غير استغلال ظروف المواطنين ومعاناتهم المعيشية والخدمية لزرع الفوضى. الأطراف المتعددة التي تقف وراء ما حدث لا تملك هدف محدد متفق عليه ولا تملك أليه محددة وواضحة للوصول إليه وتقودها عناصر فوضويه متطرفة.
واضاف * بيان وزارة #الخارجية_السعوديه السعودية الذي ادان بأشد العبارات حادث اقتحام مقر الحكومة في المعاشيق ودعى لتنفيذ إتفاق الرياض يجب أن يكون دافعًا لكل الأطراف الموقعة على الاتفاق للانخراط في التنفيذ الكامل لإتفاق الرياض وفي المقدمة الشق العسكري والأمني.
وتابع * تنفيذ الشق العسكري والامني من إتفاق الرياض هو الضمان لكي لا يتكرر ما حدث من اقتحام لمقر الحكومة في "معاشيق"، ولكي تكون عدن عاصمة حقيقية يسودها الامن والاستقرار وتنتفي منها الفوضى، وبدون تنفيذ هذا ستبقى جهود مواجهة المشروع الحوثي الإيراني مختله في مختلف جوانبها.
وأشار المخلافي إلى أن * إحلال #السلام والاستقرار في عدن والمناطق المحررة وتوحيد الموقف في صفوف الشرعية، هو الضمان لإسقاط الانقلاب واستعادة الدولة وإنهاء الحرب وإحلال السلام الشامل في #اليمن.
وذكر بأن * #الحوثي يعتقد أنه سيحصل بهجومه على #مأرب وتهافت بعض المواقف الدولية عليه لوقف هجومه، على شرعنه وامتيازات، بدون مرجعيات ولا مفاوضات مع #الشرعية. وهذا وهم خاسر جديد من أوهامه. و الخسران سيكون أيضًا لكل من يعتقد انه بالفوضى أو خلط الأوراق سيحصل على مكاسب خارج ما يتوافق عليه اليمنيون.
وفي الاخير قال * الحل النهائي في اليمن لن يكون الا سياسيًا وسلميا وتوافقيا وعلى أساس #المرجعيات_الثلاث وسيقرره الحوار ولن يقرره لا جماعة السلاح و لا جماعة الفوضى و لا جماعة التفرد والهيمنة والإقصاء.
* It does not seem that the one behind the storming of the palace of Al-Masheeq has any specific goal other than exploiting the conditions of citizens and their service and living suffering to sow chaos. The multiple parties behind what happened do not have a specific agreed goal, do not have a specific and clear mechanism to reach it, and are led by extremist anarchist elements.
* The statement of the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which condemned in the strongest terms the storming of the government’s headquarters in Al-Ma’ashiq and called for the implementation of the Riyadh Agreement, should motivate all signatories to the agreement to engage in the full implementation of the Riyadh agreement, in the forefront of which is the military and security component.
* Executing the military and security part of the Riyadh agreement is the guarantee that what happened in the storming of the government’s headquarters in Ma'ashiq will not be repeated, and for Aden to be a real capital in which security and stability prevail and chaos is eliminated, and without implementing this, efforts to confront the Iranian Houthi project will remain imbalanced in all its aspects.
* Bringing peace and stability to Aden and the liberated areas, and unifying the position among the ranks of legitimacy, is the guarantee for overthrowing the coup, restoring the state, ending the war and bringing about comprehensive peace in #Yemen.
* Al-Houthi believes that they will obtain, with their attack on Marib; and as some international positions have rushed to stop their attack, on legitimacy and privileges, without references or negotiations with the legitimate government. This is a new illusion of a loser. And the loss will also be for any one who thinks that with chaos or shuffling the cards will get gains outside of what the #Yemenis agree on.
* The final solution in #Yemen will only be political, peaceful, and consensual and based on the three references, and it will be decided on by a dialogue not by armed groups or the chaotic groups or the hegemony and exclusion groups.
